Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and status updates, primarily via Zoom.
  • Serve as the HubSpot expert and advocate for client accounts.
  • Manage project timelines, calendars, goals, and deliverables using Wrike.
  • Plan team capacity and allocate resources across active client work as priorities shift.
  • Delegate tasks to designers, developers, and technical marketers while holding the team accountable for deadlines and quality.
  • Track project and retainer budgets against scope and flag potential overages early.
  • Communicate budget status and spend updates to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agency partners to keep work aligned and moving forward.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting managing 5-7 client accounts.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing/sales automation platform such as Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Experience across sales, marketing, and service workflows is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing capacity, delegating work across a team, and owning project or retainer budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and allocating resources across a team.
  • Experience delegating work to designers, developers, or other team members and holding them accountable to deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to integrations, API projects, or similar technical implementation work is a plus.
  • Must currently reside in the United States.
