Description

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and power user of the Anomali Platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including key stakeholders.
  • Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to support successful product usage and adoption.
  • Manage customer expectations while maintaining accountability.
  • Advocate for customers internally and represent customer needs to the company.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with onboarding, support, engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth transitions, fast issue resolution, and customer feedback flow.
  • Create custom dashboards, monitor usage, and make best-practice recommendations.
  • Prove customer ROI and value and help build reference accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and relevant log telemetry such as network and identity logs.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a lead and team-player capacity.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Located in and authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
