Description

  • Own the last-mile execution of customer deployments by configuring, coding, customizing, and troubleshooting AI solutions in customer environments.
  • Serve as the human backstop for AI agents when judgment, review, or escalation is needed.
  • Identify patterns in manual interventions and feed insights back to product and engineering to reduce ongoing effort.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing pain points, edge cases, and feature requests into actionable briefs.
  • Influence the product roadmap through direct feedback from customer implementations.
  • Work closely with customer-facing, delivery, product, and engineering teams across the full deployment lifecycle.
  • Translate messy real-world requirements into clean technical solutions.
  • Support customers from whiteboard discussions through deployment and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering or technical experience, with meaningful customer-facing or implementation experience.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to code and understand LLM-based systems at a practical level.
  • Experience building your own agents and basic data engineering skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and writing precise bug reports.
  • Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks, ERPs, and similar systems of record.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and at the pace of an early-stage startup.
  • Prior experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B SaaS or AI company is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and vector databases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data infrastructure such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience supporting or closing enterprise sales cycles in a technical capacity is preferred.
