Description

  • Own end-to-end last-mile customer deployments, including configuring, coding, customizing, and troubleshooting AI solutions.
  • Adapt solutions to customers’ environments, data landscapes, and workflows to ensure reliable operation.
  • Provide human judgment, review, and escalation support when AI agents reach automation limits.
  • Identify patterns in human interventions and share them with product and engineering teams to reduce manual work.
  • Serve as the customer voice by synthesizing pain points, edge cases, and feature requests into actionable product briefs.
  • Influence the product roadmap with field-based customer and deployment insights.
  • Work across customer conversations, technical implementation, product scoping, and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering or technical experience, including meaningful customer-facing or implementation work.
  • Ability to code and a practical understanding of LLM-based systems, including building AI agents.
  • Basic data engineering skills.
  • Experience with data lakes, data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks, ERPs, or similar systems of record.
  • Ability to communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and write precise technical bug reports.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and rapidly context-switching in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer at a B2B SaaS or AI company (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, or vector databases (preferred).
  • Experience technically supporting or closing enterprise sales cycles (preferred).
  • Customer-focused problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn; no specific educational qualification is required.
