Description

  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with attention to best practices, quality, and security.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services with Angular and Sencha ExtJS user interfaces.
  • Develop cloud-based solutions and support deployment and scaling of applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Maintain technical documentation in Confluence and promote clarity and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize backend and frontend components for scalability and speed.
  • Work with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical input for product features and roadmaps.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain application uptime.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Java.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Advanced experience building RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with API security, including OAuth and JWT authentication.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, clean code, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of layered architectures and microservices basics.
  • Basic experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Intermediate experience with Angular and frontend development.
  • Intermediate experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Advanced experience working in Agile development.
  • English level B2+.
  • Familiarity with the Sencha ExtJS framework for UI development (nice to have).
  • Experience with Navision or Salesforce integrations (nice to have).
