Description

  • Provide technical leadership and best design practices for a large implementation.
  • Design, implement, and coordinate Java development work.
  • Perform technical analysis of development work and identify issue mitigation steps.
  • Coordinate team workload and direct assignments across the team.
  • Lead a team of 5+ individuals and manage day-to-day execution.
  • Align deadlines and work distribution with other team leads.
  • Give technical direction to support project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on Java, Angular, and related technologies.
  • Prior lead experience supporting a team of 5+ individuals.
  • Ability to work with other team leads to align deadlines, distribute work, and provide direction.
  • Expertise with SQL databases.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in healthcare is desirable.
  • Available for a 6-month+ contract role.
  • Able to work 100% remotely.
