Description

  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates’ coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of Java concepts.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and interview techniques.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Stay current with the latest Java technologies and updates to assess candidates effectively.
  • Help create and standardize technical interview processes and training materials for interviewers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Java developer with a strong understanding of PHP ecosystems.
  • Experience with frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct interviews professionally.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
