Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the DealHub platform, including setup, configuration, user permissions, and maintenance.
  • Manage playbooks, approval workflows, and templates within DealHub.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and act as the liaison with DealHub support when needed.
  • Ensure data flows smoothly between DealHub, CRM, ERP, and other sales tools.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay current on Salesforce and DealHub best practices, technologies, and certifications.
  • Prioritize process and system initiatives to improve corporate visibility and decision making.
  • Collaborate weekly with Sales, Marketing, Support, and RevOps to identify, prioritize, and implement platform changes.
  • Streamline and automate quote-to-cash processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to reduce friction and improve time-to-close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably with Sales Cloud.
  • 1+ years of experience with DealHub CPQ or similar CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM architecture, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and working with agile development teams.
  • Ability to generate business process and workflow diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving, consultative, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced English.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • DealHub Administrator Certification or strong proven hands-on experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Einstein and/or Tableau.
  • Prior experience with a multi-tier distribution or channel-based go-to-market strategy.
  • Working knowledge of SoQL and/or SQL-related tools.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with Cloudingo or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Marketo and/or HubSpot.
