Description

  • Create, format, and quality-check client-facing presentations in Google Slides and written communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs, track dependencies, surface blockers, and follow up on commitments.
  • Review presentations and documents for accuracy, consistency, logic, grammar, formatting, and brand alignment.
  • Organize shared files, templates, meeting notes, and operating documentation.
  • Manage operating rhythms, meeting preparation, agendas, materials, logistics, decision tracking, and action items.
  • Anticipate Client Solutions leaders’ needs and keep critical workstreams moving.
  • Translate data and information into clear, accurate, and polished executive- and client-facing materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive operations, business operations, executive support, project coordination, or administrative support in a high-expectation environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality-control skills.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced experience creating and formatting executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint; a portfolio or practical exercise may be required.
  • Calm, mature, tactful, and responsive executive-facing presence.
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills across multiple time zones.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential and client matters.
  • Marketing experience or interest is preferred.
