Description

  • Lead the paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google to drive efficient lead generation.
  • Develop and run weekly creative testing plans with the content creator around hooks, angles, offers, and messaging.
  • Analyze lead quality, CPL, CAC, and downstream conversion data with the sales manager to improve campaign performance.
  • Build acquisition reports and performance dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Launch new campaigns and test new content angles to improve funnel performance.
  • Serve as the bridge between the content creator and sales manager to align marketing activity with sales outcomes and CRM health.
  • Maintain a structured test-and-learn system for continuous optimization across acquisition channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record managing at least $10,000 per month in paid media spend.
  • Demonstrated success running lead-generation campaigns focused on qualified leads.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience collaborating with creative or content producers on ongoing ad creative testing.
  • Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels or conversational sales pipelines.
  • Experience running a structured test-and-learn process for paid acquisition and iterative optimization.
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership or teams to evaluate lead quality and downstream conversion metrics such as CPL, CAC, and pipeline conversion.
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience using a CRM to manage and track leads through a sales pipeline, such as GoHighLevel or similar (preferred).
  • Experience marketing to Hispanic audiences in the U.S. (preferred).
  • Spanish fluency (preferred).
