Description

  • Set enterprise campaign direction and integrated marketing platform strategy aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Own and govern the 18–24-month campaign roadmap, including prioritization and sequencing.
  • Lead annual and long-term strategic planning for brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Mobilize cross-functional internal teams and agency partners to deliver campaign execution with alignment and performance oversight.
  • Drive revenue growth through mass-market fundraising campaigns and corporate partnership marketing.
  • Serve as a liaison between revenue teams and the Brand & Marketing Department to align campaign objectives and execution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Define, track, and analyze campaign KPIs, ROI, brand reach, engagement, and adoption across chapters.
  • Use performance insights to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness over time.
  • Evaluate and activate high-impact ad-hoc opportunities from partnerships and external proposals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing or brand management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching marketing teams.
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns at enterprise or national scale.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with external agencies.
  • Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for senior leaders, boards, staff, and external audiences.
  • Excellent judgment, creative problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholders, work through ambiguity, and influence without formal authority.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs; AI fluency is a plus.
  • Nonprofit marketing or fundraising experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with partnership marketing in nonprofit, sports, or entertainment is highly relevant.
  • Experience developing marketing platforms that support corporate partnership integration, co-branded storytelling, and revenue generation is strongly preferred.

  • Hiring range of $115,000 to $150,000 USD.
