Description

  • Own and scale non-paid demand generation channels, including email, webinars, and direct mail, for enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns aligned with business goals and sales priorities.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve pipeline generation and efficiency.
  • Develop and run intent- and interest-based programs in partnership with Sales to nurture high-value accounts.
  • Partner with content marketing to activate targeted content for enterprise buyers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to create integrated demand generation efforts across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies is preferred.
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams on pipeline generation initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience operating in high-growth or scaling startup environments is preferred.
