Description

  • Develop and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Translate market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing plans.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and evolve company and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain processes to track industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity.
  • Develop annual marketing plans and adjust strategies based on changing business priorities and market conditions.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Communications to align go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a regional marketing team and oversee projects, campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Manage inbound media inquiries, corporate website oversight, and external communications support.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, collateral, and content to support client acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • 10+ years developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Prior BPO industry experience required.
  • Experience marketing B2B and B2C SaaS solutions.
  • Strong digital marketing experience across website and digital experience, SEM, digital display advertising, retargeting, organic and paid social media, geofencing, and audience targeting.
  • Advanced expertise with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms to drive strategy, measure ROI, and improve performance.
  • Experience using reporting, analytics, and visualization tools to generate business insights and recommendations.
  • Previous experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, research skills, organizational skills, and project management skills.
  • Experience working effectively with global and multicultural teams, with flexibility across multiple time zones.
