Description

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding for new e-commerce brands, including account setup, Shopify integration, and initial fulfillment workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts throughout the full client lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels and flag restock risks before stockouts occur.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and integrations to resolve day-to-day platform issues.
  • Track account health in internal account management tools, including open issues, statuses, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal ops and warehouse teams to resolve client-facing fulfillment issues.
  • Communicate with clients using DTC/e-commerce terminology and provide clear guidance on account status and actions.
  • Surface upsell and expansion opportunities to the sales team.
  • Document account processes and client preferences to ensure continuity.
  • Report on account health metrics and escalate at-risk accounts before churn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or CX, ideally in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Proficiency with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce workflows and terminology.
  • Experience proactively managing client relationships end-to-end, not just reactive support.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfort working across internal dashboards and account-tracking tools.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, or fulfillment industries is preferred.
  • Experience with account-health or CX platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate across email, chat, and video conferencing tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools is nice to have for reference and handoff purposes.
