Description

  • Manage and further develop relationships with regional EDEKA central organizations.
  • Develop customer-specific sales strategies and implement them together with the field sales team.
  • Conduct annual and condition negotiations with retail partners.
  • Analyze market and customer metrics and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Ensure strong product availability and support optimal product placement in retail.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and field sales teams on joint projects.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in key account management and the FMCG sector, preferably in the EDEKA environment.
  • Understanding of decentralized retail structures and regional market differences.
  • Ability to analyze complex topics quickly and implement strategies pragmatically.
  • Confident negotiation skills with the ability to achieve sustainable results.
  • Independent, communicative, and team-oriented working style.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
  • Intermediate level role.
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week.
  • Remote work in Germany (DE).
