Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hundreds of chamber of commerce customers across the United States.
  • Maintain a disciplined 180-day customer check-in cadence and proactively identify at-risk accounts before churn.
  • Manage renewals, address customer concerns, and surface product feedback to the engineering team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with chamber executives, directors, staff, referral partners, and consulting community contacts.
  • Run demos for prospective customers and close new business from inbound leads, referrals, and outbound follow-up.
  • Own the full onboarding process from signed deal through go-live in coordination with production and support teams.
  • Conduct targeted training sessions for underutilizing customers and rebuild self-serve training resources.
  • Execute pricing increases across the customer base and handle pushback constructively.
  • Use AI tools to prepare for calls, personalize outreach, analyze usage patterns, and draft communications at scale.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role such as account management, customer success, or full-cycle sales.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow an existing book of business, not just close net-new deals.
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized organizations such as chambers, associations, nonprofits, or similar relationship-driven businesses.
  • Strong phone presence and comfort spending hours per day on calls with chamber executives and staff.
  • Builder mindset with high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to do whatever needs doing.
  • Active use of AI tools in your workflow.
  • Experience in the chamber of commerce, association management, or nonprofit SaaS space is preferred.
  • Familiarity with membership management systems, CRM platforms, or community engagement tools is preferred.
  • Experience delivering price increases or contract renewals across a large customer base is preferred.
  • Experience onboarding customers onto SaaS platforms, including training and change management, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the chamber of commerce software competitive landscape is preferred.
