Description

  • Handle day-to-day inbox support for login/access issues, billing questions, and pre-purchase inquiries.
  • Maintain and update saved replies, FAQs, macros, and response libraries.
  • Moderate free and paid Facebook community groups and triage member questions.
  • Welcome new members and direct them to the correct lessons, resources, or content.
  • Provide light retention outreach to inactive members and flag churn risks.
  • Attend Zoom webinars and workshops to manage chat Q&A, links, and basic technical support.
  • Post announcements, pin updates, and organize membership resources so content is easy to find.
  • Track recurring issues and feature requests and suggest improvements to processes or content.
  • Maintain SOPs and provide weekly support metrics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, friendly communication style.
  • High empathy and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Comfortable using voice notes and communicating calmly under pressure during live events.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability with a quick learning curve for new platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting digital memberships or online courses.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and with minimal handholding after onboarding.
  • Experience with New Zenler or similar platforms such as Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific is preferred.
  • Experience with Facebook Groups, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Kit or comparable email platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in pet or dog training communities is a nice to have.
  • Experience with retention, churn prevention, tagging, reason codes, or weekly support reporting is a nice to have.
