Description

  • Assist in planning and executing social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Create and repurpose content into static posts, short-form videos, and other formats.
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns and social content ideas for the accounting and finance industry.
  • Coordinate content requests from internal team members and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content approaches.
  • Support light video editing using tools such as CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Design basic graphics and social assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Handle day-to-day marketing coordination tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Support HubSpot administration, including forms, lists, email workflows, and reporting.
  • Update website content and basic web assets, and help manage marketing files, onboarding tasks, and task tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting social media marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively follow up, and troubleshoot issues before escalating.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience supporting professional services, accounting, finance, or B2B companies is preferred.
  • Experience with website content management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time U.S. East Coast business hours.
