Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistics for national conferences and trade shows, including registration, shipping, materials ordering, booth setup, and on-site support.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Content, and Email to align events with business objectives and messaging.
  • Lead run-of-show meetings with internal partners to clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Support pre-event and post-event communications, including email and sales enablement assets.
  • Manage event budgets, invoices, expenses, and monthly forecasting for individual events and overall event spend.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, venues, show organizers, and third-party vendors.
  • Own event lead capture processes, tools, and workflows, and upload leads into Salesforce accurately and on time.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on lead handoff, follow-up SLAs, and issue resolution after events.
  • Report on event performance, including engagement, lead metrics, pipeline impact, ROI, and post-event recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in event marketing or conference management.
  • Hands-on experience executing in-person events end to end.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with event lead capture tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Availability to travel to major events as needed.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze and report on event performance.
