Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey with AssemblyAI.
  • Onboard new customers and help them realize their product vision using Voice AI.
  • Work directly with customers to integrate Voice AI models into current and future product features.
  • Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to incorporate Voice AI into product roadmaps.
  • Manage a portfolio of technical customers and provide timely, high-quality support asynchronously.
  • Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate the value of AssemblyAI’s Voice AI capabilities.
  • Drive growth in customer usage of the API across different product offerings and end-user use cases.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support long-term success on the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Research, and Product teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback and insights that inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a technical account manager, account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant.
  • Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus.
  • Passion for AI technology and interest in applying it to real-world customer challenges.
  • Ability to proactively identify voice AI integration opportunities and create detailed execution plans.
  • Willingness to wear many hats across engineering, product, account management, and support.
  • Ability to manage frequent context switching and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High-energy, problem-solving mindset with broad ownership and a bias toward unblocking customers.
