Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for the UK and Ireland market, from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, close, and customer handoff.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, trade shows, and industry association outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls and on-site visits to understand customer workflows, pain points, and technology needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations of RetailVista and communicate ROI, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.
  • Manage proposals, contract execution, and closing activities to win new logos and expansion deals.
  • Grow and maintain pipeline coverage at least 3x against quarterly quota.
  • Track activities, deal stages, and forecasts accurately in the CRM and participate in pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
  • Represent NedFox at UK trade shows, industry events, and buying group meetings.
  • Build relationships with associations, buying groups, and distribution partners to accelerate market access.
  • Provide market feedback on competitors, buyer needs, pricing sensitivity, and product gaps to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build your own pipeline through outbound activity.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.
  • Confidence running discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations tied to business outcomes.
  • Experience selling to SMB and mid-market buyers, ideally owner-operators or operations managers.
  • CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent, with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Comfortable traveling within the UK 20–30% of the time for customer visits, trade shows, and events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred experience selling into garden centres, retail, pet industry, or adjacent verticals.
  • Preferred experience in vertical market software or other operationally complex environments.
  • Preferred experience selling multi-module platforms such as POS, inventory, e-commerce, loyalty, or payments.
  • Startup or scale-up experience building a sales motion from the ground up is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Apollo, Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms is preferred.
