Description

  • Manage sales, distribution, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory within an assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans by identifying and prioritizing retail sales opportunities.
  • Sell and implement the 4Ps—presence, pricing, promotion, and product—with retail customers and adult nicotine consumers.
  • Advise retail partners on category management and business analytics to improve business performance.
  • Use data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning to improve results.
  • Track and analyze key initiatives, market opportunities, and business metrics using analytical tools.
  • Manage account responsibilities for assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development activities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous marketing-focused experience, preferably in sales, field marketing, or business-to-business sales.
  • Proficiency with sales technology and analytics software such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Strong teamwork, account relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to focus and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for at least three years.
  • Reliable vehicle or willingness to obtain a vehicle for daily work use.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of meaningful field sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb and work at heights of 9–12 feet, and access confined spaces.
  • Ability to drive up to 100 miles per day and frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
