Description

  • Identify and prospect large enterprise accounts across industries to build new pipeline.
  • Create outbound sequences, leverage personal network, attend industry events, and develop partner and channel relationships.
  • Run discovery calls to assess fit, access to decision-makers, budget timing, and urgency.
  • Maintain a pipeline at 3–4x quarterly target.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through signed contract on deals you originate.
  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholders across CX, IT, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Build business cases tied to cost reduction, call deflection, CSAT improvement, and revenue capture.
  • Manage RFPs, security reviews, and legal negotiations while preserving deal momentum.
  • Retain commercial ownership of strategic accounts after close to drive expansion and renewal.
  • Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer back to product and leadership.

Requirements

  • B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts in complex environments, preferred.
  • Background in voice AI, conversational AI, contact center technology, or CX automation is a significant advantage.
  • Prior success building pipeline from scratch in a founding or early enterprise sales role.
  • Comfort running long sales cycles of 6–18 months with multiple stakeholders and procurement gatekeepers.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to build business cases, defend pricing, and negotiate enterprise terms.
  • CRM discipline and consistent pipeline management in a formal system.
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset, especially for the Montreal and Canadian enterprise market.
