Description

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts, agencies, and buying committees to tailor outreach.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain accurate and current prospect, activity, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
  • Build and refine HubSpot workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and custom properties.
  • Identify and resolve data quality, routing, and pipeline visibility issues.
  • Create dashboards and reports that track conversion performance and sales activity.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Account Executives to ensure strong opportunity handoffs.
  • Share ICP and messaging insights with the go-to-market team based on engagement and conversion trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot or the ability to quickly learn CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up activity.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented in managing CRM data and sales activity.
  • Comfortable handling phone conversations, objections, and next-step discussions professionally.
  • Motivated by long-term growth into a full-cycle sales or leadership role.
  • Interest in public safety, govtech, child advocacy, or vertical SaaS industries (preferred).
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, outbound sales, or B2B SaaS environments (preferred).
