Description

  • Run high-volume cold outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics.
  • Make approximately 80 to 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Research target accounts and build prospect lists aligned with the ideal customer profile.
  • Write and personalize outreach to engage practice owners, office managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Follow sales scripts, coaching, and established processes to keep outreach consistent and effective.
  • Qualify prospects and book demos for Account Executives.
  • Track activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  • Share feedback on what is working and help improve messaging and the outbound playbook.

Requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar sales role.
  • Comfortable performing high-volume cold outreach, including 80 to 100 calls per day.
  • Strong resilience and consistency when facing rejection.
  • Coachable and willing to follow scripts, feedback, and sales processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into dental, healthcare, or small business markets is strongly preferred.
