Description

  • Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare and dental space.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess fit against defined criteria.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity and results.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
  • Learn the Claio product thoroughly to communicate its value to prospects.
  • Contribute to improving outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on what is working.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven outbound prospecting track record.
  • Strong self-management and accountability, especially in a remote environment.
  • Comfort with high activity levels, especially cold calling.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS is highly preferred.
