Description

  • Handle incoming leads, phone calls, and live chats from the Articulate website.
  • Answer basic questions from prospects and customers and route more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT methodology for the sales team.
  • Perform scripted outbound sales activities to reach prospects and customers.
  • Maintain coverage of live sales support channels during business hours, including the Articulate 800 number and website chat.
  • Track and gather evidence from calls and chats related to high-priority customer issues or needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cultivate strong knowledge of Articulate 360 and Rise to assist customers effectively in a live environment.
  • Manage day-to-day sales support volume, case assignment, and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales support role.
  • Experience managing high-volume activities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to find answers quickly and handle uncertainty from customers and prospects.
  • Strong computer skills, including in-depth experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to create, manage, and update lead, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability during business hours, Monday through Friday, to respond to incoming sales inquiries, unless prior approval is granted.
  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with core sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the e-learning space and authoring tools or learning management systems is preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of lead and sales development best practices is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base pay of $21 to $24.11 per hour, with annualized base earnings of $43,680 to $50,141.
  • Total compensation range of $57,844 to $76,643, including on-target commissions and company bonus.
  • Eligible for sales commissions based on individual performance.
  • Eligible for a company bonus based on company performance.
  • Full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with overtime pay eligibility.
  • Remote work arrangement.
