Description

  • Manage a sales pipeline and guide prospects through the sales process using MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire net-new customers and grow revenue within assigned existing accounts and territory.
  • Build a deep understanding of Articulate 360 and other Articulate products to represent the platform effectively.
  • Run discovery conversations, conduct needs analyses, deliver product demonstrations, and close sales opportunities.
  • Use consultative selling to teach prospects about their industry and connect business insights to Articulate solutions.
  • Create quarterly territory plans that define outbound and inbound sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate with prospects, and explain subscription options that fit customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay current on new applications and industry trends relevant to the role.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries during business hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with cold outreach and cold calling, with demonstrated success in creating and closing self-sourced business.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to manage high-volume activities with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to prospect needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and a positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Thoughtfulness and trustworthiness in day-to-day work.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS software industry, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the e-learning space and authoring tools or learning management systems is preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of MEDDPICC methodology is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $58,292 to $77,237 for U.S. locations.
  • Total compensation range of $102,983 to $136,453, including base salary, commissions, and bonus potential.
  • This position is bonus-eligible.
  • Remote, full-time position.
