Description

  • Lead 8-12 enterprise deployments each quarter with ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Define end-to-end implementation strategy for complex customer deployments.
  • Manage integrations, stakeholder alignment, and deployment risk across engagements.
  • Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and building scalable, automated solutions and tooling.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to influence roadmap decisions using client feedback and technical insight.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to standardize best practices.
  • Support organizational scaling through capacity forecasting, pipeline risk mitigation, and delivery planning.
  • Use AI to accelerate solution design, implementation, and continuous deployment improvement.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
  • Experience with API, SDK, and cloud integrations.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience improving deployment velocity and quality through process, automation, and tooling.
  • Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders, including Product and Engineering.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments and show rapid ownership within 60 days.
  • Understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention.
  • Strong viewpoint on AI and habit of integrating it into workflows (preferred mindset).
