Description

  • Own revenue-driving initiatives across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance.
  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that scales revenue in a cost-efficient, brand-enhancing way.
  • Drive customer growth through full-funnel planning from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
  • Build and manage monthly revenue forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to improve performance and predictability.
  • Lead and scale multi-channel media strategy across paid social, paid search, podcast, affiliate, TV, direct mail, OOH, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to test and optimize content, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Own TTF planning and MMM strategy to guide channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly campaign optimization to hit aggressive revenue and CAC targets.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers and channel owners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, community, product, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in DTC and CPG, with a key role in scaling a brand.
  • Experience with subscription-focused growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data and quantitative analysis to make decisions.
  • Ability to think beyond paid media and understand brand strategy, CAC to LTV, and core growth KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage detail and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Comfort in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with autonomy, passion for the brand, and a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, usability principles, and information architecture.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to balance the creative and analytical sides of brand-building.
