Description

  • Hunt and close new logo opportunities within healthcare payers, PBMs, insurers, and health and wellness providers.
  • Develop and execute a vertical sales strategy for payer, PBM, and wellness markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives to influence large-scale outsourcing decisions.
  • Position BPO services including contact center support, claims administration, RCM, back-office processing, and digital CX solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.
  • Partner with solution architects, operations leaders, and delivery teams to craft proposals and RFP responses.
  • Manage complex, long sales cycles and RFP-driven sales processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience with proven success closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, PBM, or Health & Wellness markets.
  • Strong executive network across payers, PBMs, and healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in a hunter-focused, new logo sales role.
  • Consultative solution-selling skills with the ability to craft client-specific value propositions.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles of 12–24 months and managing RFP-driven processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and CMS.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Polished executive presence and ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business models, benefits administration, and member engagement trends.
