Description

  • Provide technical guidance to customers and sales peers on Armada’s products and services.
  • Understand customer challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on customer engagements, technical scoping, and proposal development.
  • Influence internal teams on solution strategy, resource prioritization, and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Support field teams with technical education, product knowledge, and selling strategies.
  • Work proactively, fill gaps, and contribute beyond core role responsibilities in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret or higher security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture supporting technical products.
  • Conceptual understanding of networking and connectivity fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and satellite or cellular communication systems such as Starlink or LTE/5G.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization or containerization technologies, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one core technical domain such as AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally, as needed.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message, or other sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Demonstrable expertise in AI and Edge AI solution architecture, modular data center systems and rack solutions, or asset management systems and integration architecture is preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX is preferred.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud, distributed computing, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Stack Edge is preferred.
  • Experience integrating remote field assets, IoT sensors, camera systems, or telemetry protocols such as RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and SNMP is preferred.
