Description

  • Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application ecosystem, including ERP/Finance, CRM and GTM systems, HRIS, billing, procurement, support, and other business tools.
  • Run Business Systems like a product by defining outcomes, prioritizing work, and delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
  • Design system architecture and integration patterns using APIs, iPaaS, middleware, data warehouse or lakehouse patterns, and master data management.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to enable trustworthy reporting and analytics with clear definitions for core business objects.
  • Identify and eliminate manual work through workflow automation, orchestration, document processing, approvals, and self-service.
  • Enable AI-assisted internal workflows where appropriate while maintaining strong security and governance.
  • Establish the operating model for intake, prioritization, documentation, testing, release management, training, and post-launch support.
  • Own system controls such as role-based access, audit trails, segregation of duties, and data protection practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, tool rationalization, and licensing strategy.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-impact Business Systems team and operating culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles with increasing scope and ownership.
  • Experience owning and scaling core systems across multiple functions such as Finance, GTM, People, and Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, ERP/Finance systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and HRIS/ATS tools like Workday, Rippling, or Greenhouse.
  • Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs including implementations, integrations, process redesign, and adoption at speed.
  • Solid integration and data fluency, including APIs, iPaaS tools such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft, data quality concepts, and reporting needs.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to drive stakeholder adoption and build durable operating habits.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting complex operational workflows such as inventory, supply chain, procurement, asset lifecycle, or field operations (preferred).
  • Experience with GTM tooling such as CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, territory planning, or customer success platforms (preferred).
  • Comfort prototyping or validating logic with SQL and/or Python, or partnering closely with technical teams to do so (preferred).
  • Experience implementing security and compliance controls in business systems environments, including audit readiness and access governance (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Admin/Architect, NetSuite, Workday, PMP/Agile, or iPaaS platform certifications are nice to have.
