Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML practitioners and executives to drive adoption and expanded usage across customer accounts.
  • Conduct discovery with customers to understand goals, present product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Application Engineering to support complex implementations and technical best practices.
  • Run customer workshops and training sessions during onboarding.
  • Lead business reviews to demonstrate value, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage and unmet needs.
  • Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle across the book of business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and internal tooling hygiene to support the revenue team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Experience selling AI/ML or data infrastructure software to VP- and C-suite stakeholders is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in limited-process environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating observations and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to demo technical products and translate value into tailored customer solutions.
  • Strong team player who values collaboration and collective success.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is a bonus.
