Description

  • Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs for federal, state, and aerospace regulations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate policy effectiveness and track evolving industry standards.
  • Lead thorough, confidential investigations into employee complaints, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts.
  • Gather and analyze evidence, including interviews and technical documentation, and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to author, update, and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards.
  • Deliver compliance education and training programs across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary bridge between Legal Counsel, Human Resources, and executive management.
  • Monitor compliance initiatives and employee behavior patterns to identify risks and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a closely related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, human resources, or legal investigations with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex information, identify root causes, and assess variable factors in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including objective interviewing and executive-ready report writing.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and ambiguous situations with tact, empathy, discretion, and professional boundaries.
  • Foundational familiarity with employment laws, internal governance controls, and compliance best practices.
  • Advanced degree such as a JD or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Specialized professional certifications in corporate compliance or workplace investigations are preferred.
  • Prior experience in an aerospace OEM, automotive manufacturing, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday is preferred.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
