Description

  • Lead end-to-end compensation cycles, including annual merit, promotion, and off-cycle processes from planning through execution and communication.
  • Develop and maintain global salary range structures through market pricing, survey participation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, Finance, and Legal on compensation program design, governance, and delivery.
  • Provide strategic input on job architecture, pay equity, and incentive plan design.
  • Translate complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights for leaders and managers.
  • Communicate compensation philosophies and program details to audiences across the organization.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably in a high-growth technology or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading compensation cycles independently from design through execution.
  • Strong expertise in market pricing, salary range development, and competitive benchmarking using survey sources such as Radford/Aon, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and deep data analysis.
  • Self-driven with a high standard for accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to non-compensation audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or CCP certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing global compensation programs is a plus.
  • Prior compensation experience in the manufacturing, aerospace, airline, or automotive sectors is a plus.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,500 to $206,900.
