Description

  • Conduct research to build and expand the prospect list using Definitive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sources.
  • Identify and develop leads and opportunities from prospect lists, discovery calls, and individual research.
  • Build and maintain prospect relationships through outreach, follow-up, and qualification to move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Perform needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and align Arcadia’s solutions to those needs.
  • Develop industry knowledge to position Arcadia’s value proposition across health system, ACO, and provider use cases.
  • Own proposal planning, development, and delivery to key client executives.
  • Lead contract creation, legal review, and signature execution with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and help resolve issues that could affect account retention, expansion, and referrals.
  • Build relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at target accounts to support sales and growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance throughout the deal cycle.
  • Maintain documented pursuit plans and participate in regular account review meetings with sales leadership.
  • Provide accurate financial projections and maintain an up-to-date Salesforce sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record in health sales and business expansion.
  • Experience running long enterprise sales cycles of 9-15 months.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level IT executives, physicians, leaders, and staff in health plans, health systems, and provider groups.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care.
  • Ability to work within a structured sales process and accurately forecast contract value, revenue timing, and close dates.
  • Frequent travel to customers and prospects in an assigned market is required.
  • Experience communicating the competitive advantages of data solutions is preferred.
  • Experience selling into enterprise healthcare organizations is preferred.
