Description

  • Research and expand the prospect list using tools such as Definitive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Identify and develop leads and opportunities from prospect lists, discovery conversations, and independent research.
  • Build and maintain prospect relationships through outreach, follow-up qualification, and sales funnel progression.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and align Arcadia’s solutions to those needs.
  • Develop industry knowledge to position Arcadia’s value proposition across health system, ACO, and payor use cases.
  • Own proposal planning, development, and delivery to key client executives.
  • Lead contract creation, legal review, and signature processes with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at target accounts to support sales and growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance throughout the deal cycle.
  • Maintain accurate pursuit plans, account reviews, financial projections, and Salesforce pipeline records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience with a demonstrated track record in payer/health plan sales and business expansion.
  • Broad network of relationships with commercial and regional health plans and recognition within the payor community.
  • Experience consistently securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with payor organizations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com as the system of record for pipeline management (preferred by context).
  • Strong familiarity with the payor healthcare market, including commercial, regional, and national payors.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders during complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to provide accurate financial projections and manage account pursuit plans.
  • Security awareness and compliance with policies protecting PHI and intellectual property.
