Description

  • Partner with operations leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and productivity goals.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce optimization, and labor models for hourly, shift-based, and field teams.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employee relations issues across hourly and salaried employees.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution approaches.
  • Coach managers on communication, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and annual review cycles.
  • Identify talent gaps and support development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement metrics such as pulse surveys, turnover, and absenteeism, and create action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage and hour rules, leave policies, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Support onboarding, workforce ramp-up/down, seasonal hiring, and cross-functional HR process consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of HR experience with exposure to operations, manufacturing, field services, or similar environments.
  • 8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll, compensation, and leave administration.
  • Experience supporting hourly and distributed workforces.
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.
