Description

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for internal teams, clients, and client employees across the region.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract and policy management, benefits coordination, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on local labor and social security laws and ensure compliance across all covered jurisdictions.
  • Draft, maintain, and tailor compliant HR documents such as contracts, handbooks, and HR letters by country and client as needed.
  • Monitor labor law updates, conduct independent research, and proactively share regulatory changes with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations on regional initiatives.
  • Support supplier-related tasks and local vendor coordination where applicable.
  • Provide HR and payroll advisory support to internal teams, clients, and employees based on each country’s requirements.
  • Oversee or support year-end payroll processes, audits, and reconciliations such as 13th salary, vacation pay, and income declarations.
  • Maintain confidential and audited payroll records in line with local law and global data security standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources; payroll experience is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in labor law, HR policies, and payroll compliance in at least two of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, or Peru; experience in all four is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience with employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee relations in multicultural settings.
  • Strong ability to organize, document, and optimize processes across multiple countries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll tools such as ADP Workforce Now or Manulife for data management, reporting, and benefits administration.
  • Comfort with technology-driven processes, including digital workflows, AI tools, and business applications.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proven self-starter and problem solver who can work independently, conduct research, and drive results.
  • Comfortable working in remote, international teams.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
