Description

  • Build, lead, and execute the global partner channel strategy across resellers, distributors, marketplaces, MSPs, and technology alliance partners.
  • Oversee the global partner ecosystem, including sourced and co-sold bookings, executive relationships, co-marketing programs, and partner account management.
  • Refine and expand the channel strategy and define partnership models for specific market segments.
  • Manage partner targets and KPIs, track joint sales pipeline, and drive quarterly and annual bookings performance.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and partner account management execution plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner enablement programs and company objectives.
  • Evangelize the partner strategy across the organization and contribute to partner sales playbooks, processes, and best practices.
  • Surface partner insights to inform product roadmap decisions and broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Prepare executive briefings for senior leadership on account status, outcomes, and key partner developments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the partner sales and channel management team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team culture.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of related experience in Software and/or SaaS Partner, Alliance, or Sales roles.
  • 10+ years of channel team leadership preferred.
  • Proven experience developing joint partner go-to-market strategies and executing partnership business plans.
  • Professional network and relationships in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure channel ecosystem.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a global channel strategy across a diverse partner and alliance ecosystem.
  • Experience developing channel strategy across reselling, marketplaces, and MSPs.
  • Experience in both Enterprise/Commercial and Federal markets.
  • Knowledge of networking and security technologies preferred; familiarity with SASE or SSE is a plus.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with up to 50% travel, primarily across North America and occasionally globally.
