Description

  • Lead day-to-day sales team management, including pipeline validation, forecast reviews, deal and pricing reviews, call listening, customer negotiations, and 1:1s.
  • Manage and develop a team of eight people across SDRs, AEs, MDR, and Sales Ops.
  • Own forecasting discipline, reporting, and accountability structures to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with CX, Marketing, and Growth teams on shared initiatives and execution.
  • Participate in leadership planning and reviews for annual, quarterly, and monthly targets, including QBRs and MBRs.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Track and report performance against KPIs such as forecasted revenue, closed-won revenue, closed-lost revenue, MRR, team attainment, and pipeline conversion rates.
  • Influence overall GTM strategy as part of the leadership team and coordinate with other team leaders on key company projects.
  • Implement process changes and improvements where needed to strengthen sales execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with leadership experience at a company in the $5M-$20M ARR range.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting and pipeline review.
  • Experience holding teams accountable through data-driven management.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Ability to build and maintain a reliable forecast.
  • Strong communication skills for working with a remote, distributed team across US and EU time zones.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with incomplete infrastructure.
  • Previous sales experience in the mobile apps ecosystem is a strong differentiator.
  • Deep familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar is a strong differentiator.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools is a strong differentiator.
  • Experience in a founder-led, product-led company where sales and product work closely together is a strong differentiator.
