Description

  • Partner with the CISO to plan and execute the GovRAMP project, including expectations and potential bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated project plan covering milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, working sessions, action items, and commitments across Security, Engineering, IT, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Track progress against baseline dates, manage critical-path dependencies, and identify schedule impacts early.
  • Identify resource needs, capacity conflicts, and competing priorities with functional leaders.
  • Maintain dashboards, milestone trackers, decision logs, risk registers, and weekly status reports.
  • Report progress, deadlines, resource constraints, risks, and required decisions to the CISO and stakeholders.
  • Escalate blockers and schedule or resource risks, coordinate resolution, and track closure.
  • Coordinate compliance readiness, evidence collection, control remediation, assessment preparation, authorization milestones, and external assessment schedules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT, technology, or cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and project risks.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable project management tools.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods and driving accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience coordinating GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar compliance initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience scheduling third-party assessments, audits, or certification projects (preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud technology, healthcare, or another regulated industry (preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Benefits

  • $72.00 per hour compensation.
