Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams.
  • Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall dealership performance.
  • Provide consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations.
  • Conduct in-dealership training and coaching for finance and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings to dealership partners.
  • Perform dealership opportunity analysis and create action plans for improvement.
  • Present business recommendations and growth strategies to dealership executives and owners.
  • Monitor dealership performance, track opportunities, and support new dealer development through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot while ensuring compliance with dealership, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive finance management, sales management, or dealership operations.
  • Experience working in automotive F&I, vendor services, training, or related environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and travel regularly.
  • Experience in automotive training, advertising, banking, or vendor partnerships is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to dealership leadership and ownership groups is preferred.
