Description

  • Design and deliver training programs for recruiters across the full applicant lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, ATS usage, and offer negotiation.
  • Create scalable learning paths and resources for hiring managers and interviewers to support structured interviewing and strong candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a central knowledge management system with playbooks, guides, templates, and FAQs for talent acquisition processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, brown bags, and other learning initiatives to promote continuous development and awareness of recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with the Systems Senior Manager to support training and adoption of new talent acquisition tools and system updates.
  • Define metrics, evaluate enablement program effectiveness, and use feedback and data to improve outcomes.
  • Identify training and resource gaps through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Translate complex talent acquisition processes into clear, actionable playbooks and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles and program management approaches.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training content for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, HR as a Product, PMP, Six Sigma, and related program management areas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives from conception through evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with learning methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Certification in Project Management, Instructional Design, or HR is preferred.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools and multimedia content creation is preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting is preferred.
