Description

  • Execute the global new hire onboarding program to deliver a consistent experience and reinforce company culture.
  • Develop and facilitate manager training programs and workshops.
  • Manage learning platforms and content libraries used for employee development.
  • Coordinate career development resources and learning pathways that support employee growth.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver training on key company initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement measurement programs, including survey administration, data analysis, and action planning coordination.
  • Own the operations of the Employee Resource Group program and provide resources and support to group leaders.
  • Design and execute community-building, connection, recognition, spotlight, and values-reinforcement initiatives.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness, including participation, completion rates, engagement metrics, recognition participation, ROI, and key insights.
  • Build scalable program delivery and vendor management processes, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, employee engagement, or HR program management.
  • Proven track record designing and executing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or manager development programs.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and/or engagement tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning principles is preferred.
  • Proficiency with gSuite, Lattice, and Litmos is preferred.
  • Employee engagement survey experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing ERGs or employee-led communities is preferred.
  • Vendor relationship management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments is preferred.
  • Tech industry experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or adjacent companies is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for the duration of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $126,000 to $148,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for bonus or commission plans, depending on the role.
