Description

  • Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Development strategy aligned to AHEAD's IMPACT 2027 priorities.
  • Coach and develop the Talent Development team, including Talent Development Partners, Learning Experience Designers, and a Learning Technology & Systems Partner.
  • Provide matrixed leadership for India-based Talent Development employees.
  • Build and evolve scalable Talent Development infrastructure, including LMS governance, vendor partnerships, digital learning platforms, and content strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish consistent processes for program design, implementation, and evaluation across a diverse, hybrid workforce.
  • Engage senior leaders as a strategic partner and translate learning priorities into business outcomes.
  • Intake and synthesize stakeholder requirements into cohesive learning solutions that fit organizational needs.
  • Cultivate trusted partnerships with ACS leadership, People Business Partners, and functional leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting development investments to measurable capability and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence ELT, SLT, and senior business leaders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and having direct, courageous conversations.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, learning operations, and program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading through others and building scalable, high-impact Talent Development functions.
  • Strong business acumen and a client-centric orientation.
  • Experience designing and scaling leadership development, high-potential programs, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning delivery and streamline operations.
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools such as LMS, Articulate, and Rise.
  • Experience with vendor management and change enablement.
