Description

Write and develop proposals, white papers, and other business-critical documents that support Anduril’s growth.
Manage responses to international government and customer requests for information, quotes, white papers, and proposals.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies.
Provide regional, cultural, and customer-specific recommendations to shape proposal strategy.
Coordinate global, regional, and country-specific proposal considerations and maintain transparency across stakeholders.
Support and implement strategic pricing across products and business lines, including leading efforts within a regional portfolio.
Create and improve the proposal process with a focus on continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for reuse across the business.
Work with engineering counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology to prospective customers.
Monitor for new opportunities and flag them to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce large documents on short timelines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
Significant experience with international government solicitation processes.
3+ years of experience supporting international proposals, including FMS and DCS proposals, international B2B deals, international consortium proposals, or foreign country domestic proposals.
Experience working cross-culturally and communicating clearly with non-native English speakers, especially in writing.
Ability to identify technical or functional gaps and recommend additional internal or external resources and vendors.
Experience building processes where none exist.
Ability to context switch quickly across projects, regions, and countries.
Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting projects with different stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects.
Ability to articulate information clearly, understand business needs, and build relationships across a global organization.
Proven self-starter with the ability to find information quickly without clear guidance.
Comfort working with diverse disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, global trade, and finance.
Experience with executive-level briefing.
U.S. Person status required due to access to export-controlled data.
