Description

  • Own the regional sales goals and deliver against company targets for the assigned territory.
  • Sell and secure incremental display space throughout the territory.
  • Optimize shelf placement and merchandising to drive sales growth.
  • Use point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions to build consumer awareness.
  • Educate shoppers in stores about the brand and its product differentiators.
  • Inspect product quality, rotate inventory, and remove damaged packages.
  • Maintain organized back stock and proper product rotation.
  • Record daily activities and display execution accurately in CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with retail contacts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Service an assigned account base with consistent follow-up and planned weekly visits.
  • Partner with teammates on strategic initiatives, demos, display builds, and market blitzes, including work outside the home territory.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Sales experience across multiple classes of trade, including Grocery, Mass, Natural, and Drug.
  • Demonstrated sales success track record.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs continuously throughout the day and build displays of 100 cases or more.
  • Must have and be willing to use a personal vehicle for travel to and from accounts.
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion as business needs require.
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth, start-up environment.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work long, flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000.
