Description

  • Architect, design, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions, autonomous AI agents, and full-stack services in production.
  • Build backend API services, custom tools, LLM integrations, and evaluation harnesses for GenAI features.
  • Design, build, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and services for secure enterprise tool and data access.
  • Implement orchestration, tool-calling, and multi-agent coordination for agentic AI workflows.
  • Drive full-stack engineering best practices across React/TypeScript frontends and backend services in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
  • Establish LLM observability, evaluations, caching, latency optimizations, and monitoring for models and agents.
  • Champion high availability, performance optimization, and observability across frontends and backend microservices.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct code and system design reviews, and partner with product managers on technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional software engineering experience in a senior or principal role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality technical projects.
  • Deep hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI workflows and production GenAI features.
  • High proficiency with React and TypeScript.
  • Robust backend development experience with Python, Java/Kotlin, or Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic and multi-agent architectures, and MCP services.
  • Strong experience with application observability, logging, and performance monitoring across distributed systems and frontend applications.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and enterprise platform integrations (preferred).
  • Experience with GenAI observability and evaluation tools, or in EPM, financial planning, business analytics, or enterprise SaaS (preferred).
  • Contributions to open-source agent frameworks, MCP servers, or published research in distributed systems or Generative AI (preferred).
