Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations inquiries through Jira, email, and other channels while meeting service level agreements.
  • Provide tier 1 People Team support for employee questions, systems access issues, complaint and employee relations intake, and employment verifications.
  • Escalate complex tier 2 issues to the appropriate People Operations team members or cross-functional partners.
  • Process onboarding tasks, including new hire data entry in HCM, data audits against applicant tracking systems, new hire communications, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data across HCM and third-party systems, including local payroll providers and global mobility tools.
  • Create new job requisitions and positions in HCM while coordinating with People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.
  • Process offboarding tasks, including terminations in HCM and third-party systems and coordination with IT and other departments.
  • Protect confidential information through proper controls and discretion.
  • Support compliance reporting, audits, government filings, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance.
  • Assist with People team initiatives such as annual compensation reviews, performance cycles, handbook and policy launches, and annual trainings.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of HR administrative support experience.
  • 1+ years of Workday HR experience.
  • 1+ years of experience using a ticketing service tool, with Jira preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly communicate HR-related information.
  • International experience or exposure is a plus, with preference for HR experience supporting North America and EMEA.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, vLookup, and formulas, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to challenges.
